Personnel at the front desk were very friendly upon check in and check out. Marie was great - very friendly and personable! Room was comfortable, morning breakfast excellent. Room was pretty quiet.

Staff at front desk were gracious, friendly and professional. 24 hours a day they offer free cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and bottles of water! Breakfast was large variety of foods starting at 6 am. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and temperature controls great. Nice size bathroom. Would stay again!!

Staff was beyond excellent. Greeted you every time you came or went out. Gave out complementary waters and pretzels. Breakfast was great. Very clean and quiet location. I will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was nice, everyone ready to help. Breakfast was very good and full of options tô choose from. Comfortable and spacious bedroom and well equiped with microwave, coffe maker and mini fridge. Quiet and well located, right by the KOP mall.

I love the hotel but the pillows not comfortable and I can't sleep well. Overall is good . The problem only pillows.

The breakfast options were great. The staff was so friendly and professional. I would recommend everyone to stay there. The location is close to restaurants and the mall.

Rochelle was very helpful and accommodating! She made the check in process easy and we felt felt welcomed! There was adequate parking and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! The bathroom was very nice, love the backsplash in the shower. We enjoyed our stay n can’t wait to return in 2 weeks!!!

Man working the front desk was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the continental breakfast with fresh coffee. And checkout was fast and hassle-free.
